Fairy Punk!

Wow, It's really been a long time since I've posted! I, as always, have been so so busy! August was a pretty terrible month. I was moving into a new place at the end of it while also working on cosplay, then staffing for Kumoricon! I'm finally getting some down time before I start next term September 28th! I'll be making Lots of posts soon! I've got a lot of things I have to catch up on!

This post is about a top that I received from a website called It is super cute and really comfortable to wear! I picked out this top because I've been looking for more tops to wear with Fairy Kei and this looked like it would be perfect! Also, finding a top that looks good with this skirt has been kind of hard to find but I finally found one! Not only was it super cute and comfortable it an amazing price! I recommend this top and this site. It is another Chinese clothing website but everything I got was perfect or almost perfect!

I did buy this in a size larger than I really am because that's usually what you have to do for these kinds of sites but it was actually a little large in the arms. But as long as I take it in or wear something over it it's no big deal! I've actually got two more items I need to review for the site! Look Forward to more posts and I hope that you like the content and outfit!

Mahou Shoujo Picnic!

Hey there everyone! On last sunday a friend of mine and I in the Portland, Oregon Lolita Tea and Cake Society planned a Mahou Shoujo Picnic! (Magical Girl Picnic!) We wanted a chance to get to be some of our favorite magical girls, or just transforming ourselves into magical girls. We went to this beautiful park that had such a lovely fountain and rose garden. We spent most of the time snacking on food and drinking some wine in the gazebo, and of course snapping some photos!

My favorite Magical Girl has always been Sakura Kinomoto From Cardcaptor Sakura! Seeing as I have cosplayed her before I had a wig laying around and the perfect dress for it!

Originally for my makeup I wasn't going to do large fake eyelashes since she is such a young character. However, I thought about how it was ALSO a lolita meet up and that I can look mature if I want! I just look this combination of lashes and wanted to wear them again. I also add some cute gold stars to add more "magicalness" to my look.

I managed to get my best friend to come along and dress with me! She was the Tomoyo Daidouji to my Sakura. How perfect right? Photographer Tom Good (Cosplay photos) managed to get a few of us together that were really cute!

Here are just some other photos that I took that I enjoyed that day from the meet up!

It's been a long time!

Wow, It really has been a long time since I updated this blog. Almost two years. I lost a lot of motivation along the way. There has been a lot of changes in my life and honestly my life just became too busy to keep up with a side project like Tainted Sweetheart. There may be changes to the style of blog that this will become from here on out. It will not be just about fashion, but the other aspects in my life that have become very prominent in my life. It will be more of a life blog with strong fashion elements! Mostly what I am try to say is that I have gotten a lot more into Cosplay and Lolita! So here is to making new steps!
I hope that you guys that have been here all along will stick with me in my endeavor and that seeing this pop up on your dash will be exciting!

I'd like to take this post and make a small blog post about the new contacts I got!

These contacts here are 's G&G GBT Sky contacts! I am soooo in love with them. They give a nice natural feel to the look, where as a lot of colored contacts can look really unnatural! I've got dark brown eyes (Next time I'll do a photo with one of them in and one not) and as you can see they stand out even on dark brown! I don't think I've been more happy with a pair of contacts before. I definitely suggest these pair if you're looking for a good pair of natural blue! The eyelashes I am wearing here (top and bottom) are from Diaso. I'm not sure what brand but I can check on it next time! I wish there was a Daiso here in Portland. But last time I was in seattle I stocked up on this set because they're my favorite pair!

Well, until next time friends! I'll be posting soon!

Feeling Alive; A Late Start to the New Year.

Welcome to my belated New Years post! Haha, I am a little behind seeing as it is 8 days late. Going to post it anyways though! So, another year has passed and another year is here to come to be explored and adventured through and I'm going to tell you, that I am not one who tends to think that the new year will hold new things and will be better than last year because honestly every year has it's ups and it's downs. Your life does not restart because it is the beginning of a new cycle, it is simply continuing. It's your choices and decisions that make this year, a new one.

I can only hope that this year will be as adventurous as the last! I do have hopes that things will continue to sit right with me. So far this year I've already stuck to my work out plan for two days! Way better than previously! I've also managed to save a bit of money so far into the month when I am usually broke ( we will see how this goes). The beginning of the new term at school has started as well and I have already checked into my online class! Score! Ariel: 3 Laziness: 0.

Anyways! Enough about me, let's move on with this post. Below I decided to post the song "Alive" by Krewella because it has been my theme song for the second half of last year, and I want these feelings to keep going and carrying me through the new one. I still can't get enough of this song, it always gives me chills and I think it's a good song to start the new year off with.

I wanted to dress fearless and like I was ready to party in the New year. So here is my Bubble goth/ Fairy Kei look for the 31st/1st!

Dress: Taobao
Shoes: Demonia
Hairbow: DIY
Accessories: Chocomint, Daiso.

Now, Onto Photos from the NEW YEARS PARTY that I had at my place with my lovely, lovely, friends.

Here, have an awful photo of me with wig hair!

I don't know if you can tell, but it was a blast. Thanks for sticking through this entire post! I hope you enjoyed the photos and please continue to follow my blog and hype me on lookbook! I really appreciate it.
